At CatPrint, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us so we are able to work with you to fix the problem. We will gladly reprint any order in which job specifications were not followed correctly due to an internal error, or do not meet our printing standards and expectations. You must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your prints to be eligible for this policy.
In the unlikely event that your order does not meet your satisfaction and you do not wish to have it reprinted, we will refund your money upon the return of the complete order. The order must be returned within 10 business days from the date it was received in order to be eligible for the refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that due to natural shifting of the cutting and finishing machinery, a margin of error up to 1/16th of an inch can occur during the production process.
If you receive your order and it was damaged during the shipping process, please contact Customer Service immediately.
We strongly encourage customers to review their email confirmations and contact customer service immediately with any errors or corrections. CatPrint cannot be held responsible for typos, incorrect information, incorrect printing specifications, design flaws or design errors.
Please review our Content Guidelines prior to placing your order. CatPrint reserves the right to refuse to print, and cancel with notice any job or order that we feel does not follow our guidelines.
