Custom Labels & Stickers Setup

A CatPrint Guide: How to Order Custom Die Cut Stickers & Labels with CatPrint

You need to provide 3 files, each in PDF format.

File #1: This should be a PDF file with both your artwork & die line.

File #2: This should be a PDF file with your artwork only.

File #3: This should be a PDF file with your die line only.

Custom Labels and Stickers Step 1

If you are providing multiple pages (i.e. every label is different) then only File #2 needs to have multiple pages.

Custom Labels and Stickers Step 2

You may use any graphic design or image editing program with "layers" such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Inkscape or GIMP. Your file should have one layer with artwork, and one layer with their die line. You can then save the file 3 times in PDF format, once with layer one visible only, once with layer two visible only and once with both layers visible.

Make sure your artwork extends 1/8 inch beyond the die line.

Customer Labels and Stickers Step 3

The price of the job is based on the maximum width and height of the die line.
